Elite Beauty by Steph operates by appointments only. I kindly ask you to follow my policies and terms of service. 

For all new appointments, I charge your card a $50 non refundable deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment in preferably cash only however if you prefer to pay by credit or debit card . All prices listed include HST.

LATE POLICY

Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE and prepare yourself with Greater Toronto traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 15 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

 

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please allow 48 hours (2 business days, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays) notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours’ notice.

NO SHOWS

No show appointments will be charged the full amount owing for the appointment.

APPOINTMENT/ CONSULTATION POLICY  

Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment. However, if for any reason, at the time of your appointment, your procedure does not follow through, you will be charged the price of a consultation appointment of $100. Consultations are included when booking your initial permanent makeup procedure, on the same day, right before we tattoo. They are only available seperately under special circumstances (i.e. large scars in the area, medical conditions etc). If you are unsure, please email a photo of the area directly and we can decide if a consult beforehand is necessary. 



 

GUESTS POLICY

Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, I kindly request that you do not bring anyone, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, however they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area while you are doing your procedure.

SERVICE DEPOSITS

A $50 deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit or debit card you provided upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. 

Deposits are non-refundable, absolutely NO exceptions, so please ensure you double-check your availability before you book. Plan accordingly. 
 

Deposits are transferable to another date as long as at least 48 hours notice is given. Each client will be allowed to reschedule once. After this you will forfeit your deposit. Please check your booking email for a rescheduling link at the bottom to move your appointment BEFORE the 48 hour mark. Appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours before their start time forfeit their deposit.

 

TOUCH UPS 

Touch-up appointments are only available to current clients. Not a current client? Or have previously tattooed eyebrows? You will have to book an initial appointment as you are considered a new client to me. Initial procedure appointments receive a discounted touch up. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, it is no longer discounted and will incur an additional charge. Discounted touch up are not mandatory, nor is it necessary for every client, but we offer it for those clients who would need a follow up. If you are having any permanent makeup procedure done for the first time please keep in mind two appointments are needed to achieve optimal results. These appointments take place approximately 6-12 weeks apart, and this is NOT included in the initial appointment price. There is an additional fee for all future touchup appointments. Please note: Any touch ups after 2 years are a full price initial appointment and may require an additional touchup at 6-8 weeks.

Healing can be unpredictable. If additional touch-up appointment is needed fees will apply.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS

If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please call our studio directly at 

Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS

I am extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, I request that you email me clear photos of your brows for approval to info@elitebeauty.ca. After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS: 

Detailed instructions will be sent directly to the email address you provide as soon as you complete booking online. Location information is also included in this email, so please make sure you read it in full as this email has all the information needed for your upcoming appointment.

•All Prices Listed Include Tax - your deposit fee will be deducted from your total cost. Deposits are not refundable. Please bring the balance in cash. However credit cards and debit cards are also accepted

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
